What do you do here at Saint Mark?
My job is to supervise all custodians, to make sure that the building is clean and useable at all times. I am also the kitchen manager, planning and preparing meals for Church Family Night and other food related events.
When did you begin working at Saint Mark?
I started working at Saint Mark in 2001 in a part time position. I went full time in 2003.
What was your first job?
I began work at Bantam Chef in Walhalla at the age of 14.
What was your childhood ambition?
I wanted to be the first person in my family to finish high school . . . and I did that.
Who inspires you?
My grandmother was the person who inspired me when I was young, and later continued to inspire my children.
Favorite Bible story, verse or passage?
The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters,
he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake.
